we are at end of winter in Sydney Australia, the room temperature is around 16 degrees celsius about 60.8 fahrenheit but almost of my card hit 70 degree already, any idea to lower the GPU temperature and prepare for the hot summer coming

Yes but I have same memory clock like other guy, they only have 55 - 60 degree
Its very simple. Turn on fans higher.

Its a normal operating temp - wouldn’t worry about it, she is doing well.
Try to reduce the powerlimit for 5 Watt and set the fans on 75% plus
