I have 3 Geforce RTX 3080 12G MSI, version 510.73.05.
Yesterday 1 of 3 card dont work, and its name is changed “GA102 Geforce RTX 3080 12G - MALFUNCTION”
Motherboard H110 Gigabyte
NBminer 42.2
How can i do to fix this err.

Test each card individually, test the cables, risers etc.

I changed the riser from another one, where the card is working fine, but it still has that error.
Install it to pci 16x but it not work too
Did you test all everything? Pcie cables? Usb cable? USB adapter? Etc. does the issue follow the card only?

and now, os can not boot if i install this card

Test it on another system, but if you’ve ruled it out as the only variable then it sounds like it’s faulty.
