How does HiveOS billing work with Hiveon pools?

I understand that if you mine in any pool other than Hiveon, there is a $3 per month cost.

But I’m confused on the charge for Hiveon pools. It says you can either pay $3 /rig /month or 3% /rig. I don’t see an option to choose the fee.

I enabled Paid Features and I have 3 workers, all mining the Hiveon ETH pool. On the billing page it now says this:

But you have Piad features enabled, right?
