I have reached payout treshold, but i didn’t get payout since 2 months. What is the problem?
did your account go over 5% stales or invalids at anytime? if so youll need to contact support to unlock your wallet. too many stales or invalids will ban you from auto payouts.
I’ve got about 1,5 stales and invalid shares. Where can i contact support?
