nvtoolto v1.8.2 (Fixed memory temperature reporting on Nvidia v545 series driver) - Improved AMD RDNA3 support (Add support for Navi32: RX 7700 XT/7800 XT and Navi33: RX 7600 (XT); Add fan control - static and by core target temperature, which requires OS Image with kernel v6.1.62+; Added possibility for voltage adjustment; Notes: some functionality will not available until UI update)

- Improved Intel GPU support (Auto install Intel OpenCL libs on boot; Added pretty naming and basic info: BIOS version, power usage on dashboard and client, add new cli tool
