Can anyone help a newbie here and explain what the column ringed on the screenshot of Hive is telling me. Also why is the number randomly showng a zero and does this matter ?

Yellow circled area is “fan speed”. There is auto fan control in Hive OS, or you can set it fixed speed, and even a few other methods. Auto or fixed are in common usage.
Lower fan speed might explain the temperature difference.
