have you checked techpowerup? also, when they show like that without memory size its usually from a dead memory chip, you cant try reflashing the bios but it probably needs physically repaired.

should be a bunch on techpowerup, it will tell you the memory types under “memory support” in the “bios internals” box once you click on a bios
