i have a dual evga 1200 watt psu i have 4 3070 on main psu with cpu and mb on the other psu i put one 3070 it turn on then off then on and it works but when I add another 3070 on the other psu ,everything on the other psu doesn’t turn on only the main psu with the 4 3070
