the speed on the pool says 184.30 and on hive it says 242.6 - don’t you see anything strange !!!
You have multiple miners using the same name, so your reported hashrate will only be from one of those miners.
Give all your miners unique worker names.
Or better instead of using phoenix and gminer switch to teamredminer for all.

I found a way to fix this by adding the command in the Gminer tool (Worker_Name)
