Had more than 4 rigs but now 2, so why still to pay?

Hi there.

In past I had 2 rigs and one for a short time. These rigs I have sold and bought 2 more efficient ones. So in sum Hive listed 5 rigs. Since that point I have to pay for the 2 active ones remaining. I wonder why, because I deleted the old ones from my account.

Is there any way to get back to the free account?
