I recently built a rig on h110 Pro BTC+ but only 10 cards of Rx 580 8gb is recognizable and after putting the 11th card on any remaining GPU slot, it did not recognize.
pci Gen 2, gen 1 or auto , disable CSM all same , with 6gpu installed it’s the same 
problem solved

I seem to be having the same issues, how did you solve it in the end ? Do you also happen to have ideal bios settings for the H110 ?
