unfortunately not, I had to replace motherboard and processor and now it is mining with all other peripherals and components, it is something related with the motherboard or the processor.

I have the same problem with a Biostar TB360 mother … I tried another mother (an Asus Z490-P) and it solved the problem. What motherboard are you using?
as I stated before it was a AsRock Z490 + PentiumGold
What Processor you got with that motherboard?
I got the same error with 1660 ti. GPU and Riser power cable was loose, I fixed it and problem solved
