GPU x running at 1.5mh hiveos (2060)

I tried resetting the OCs, but it didnt work. (then i changed them back. In the screenshots theyre not default)
Its capped at 1.5MH and i dont know what to do.
This is my first rig on hiveos, so i dont really know my way around things. Any help would be appreciated! thanks a lot.

Test the card by itself, make sure everything works first.

HII!! i did some diagnosing, and found out the riser is bad. Hopefully this is helpful to people in the future.
