I am using 2. corsair 1200 W psu and 12 RX 580 GPUs. this morning i had an error about Autofan: gpu temperature 511 is unreal driver error and rebooting.
I already had this errors about 2 weeks ago. i found some burned cables and change it. problem solved. but now, after rebooting system being online. about 10 minutes later 1 psu is going shut down and gpus which is connect that psu going offline.
i restarted sytem 3 times but the same problem is continue.
pls help. thank u.
Seems like a failed/failing PSU to me.
Move the suspect PSU to the other 6 RX580s and see if the issue follows the PSU, or stays with the other 6 RX580s

Uma gpu minha começou apresentar. Já troquei fonte, troquei rise, coloquei 16x e até agora nada!
Consegui encontrar o erro, no meu caso resolveu!
Para contextualizar: tenho 3 rx580,uma fonte para um placa e o sistema, e outra fonte para duas placas. Uma gpu minha começou apresentar Autofan: a temperatura 511 da GPU é irreal, erro de driver
Troquei fonte: não resolveu.
Troquei riser completo: não resolveu
Coloquei a gpu em pci16x não resolveu.
Só resolveu qdo dimensionei corretamente o fornecimento de energia!
Estava usando um nobreak para 3 gpu e o sistema(PL mãe, processador, etc…)
Assim que coloquei em outra fonte de alimentação tudo voltou ao normal!
Importante seguir os passos
1- verificar curto nos cabos e péssimas condições
2- fazer troca de riser completo,
3- dimensionar a energia corretamente
