GPU Stopped mining after 1 month - RX6800 MSI - Unknown GDDR6 · 113-V396TRIO-2OC

Hello All,
My first post here after a month of mining.
Glad to be here but the issue seems to be not nice.
After a month of mining one of my 6800 cards stopped working. Setup during mining was: Core-1350, VDD-640, VDDCI-765, MVDD-1225 and memory clock 1070. It looks fine to me.

Any ideas what has happened?
Problem with card memory and card to trash?
Maybe riser issue?

First reboot, if that doesn’t solve it try the card by itself, swap riser and cables and see what happens

I’ve swapped riser and it worked!
