Have you verified the card is working? Test the riser, cables, splitters, psu etc
Just bought the card, earlier it was giving me hash rates but a fan error would pop up. I changed all the cables and PCI riser as well. Now it’s just turns on, fans spin and then stop. Lights are there on the card. And a malfunction error comes up
Rule out al variables, test with a known good psu/power cable, directly on a motherboard by itself, make sure there is a display output, go from there
