Hello guys, ex-Windows miner here. I’ve been struggling to get my laptop screen to turn off in HiveOS. Anyone got any suggestions? Please let me know. Thanks in advance
Try this sudo systemctl mask sleep.target suspend.target hibernate.target hybrid-sleep.target
Typically with laptops you can press the power button and instantly close the screen before it boots, then it will leave the display off until rebooted with no extra commands.
The disabling sleep method works okay but it blocks airflow from the grills near the keyboard. I’ll try the power button trick tho.
