I get fluctuating hashrate with my 8 rx 470/570/580. All 8 cards get reduced hashrate by 10/12 mh each for few seconds then goes back. Check picture of graph.
The 1 nvidia card remains stable. Is this normal?

Yes it is normal.
If I remember correctly, that happens when a block is solved and the rig receives a new job.
I have this also on all my AMD’s, though I have no idea why this isn’t on my nor your NVidia’s.
Are you using a different miner for those? I use TRM for my AMD’s and T-Rex for my NVidia’s. T-Rex doesn’t reflect this either.
Same TRM and T-Rex.
