Fix Miner Error using Phoenix on mining ETC

I`m getting this Allocating buffers failed with: clCreateBuffer (-4) error with phoenixminer on hiveos.
Please fix this error for me.

Mainbroad : Gigabyte H61M-S1
Ram: 4GB
SSD: Kingston Sata 2.5 SV300S3 120Gb
GPU 1: Gigabyte RX570 8Gb
GPU 2: Gigabyte RX590 8Gb

The newer amd drivers dont play so nicely with old amd cards, i would flash one of the older stable images via hive-replace --list then choose the one that has kernel 5.15 #110 kernel
