Find a cron job starts when boot, is it for auto-tune?

Then few more questions:

1. How to turn on or off the auto-tune?
2. If active and use auto tune, the manual oc panel (parameters such as frequency and voltage) need to be clear?
3. how long time need to do the auto-tune?
4. after auto tune, the parameters will be shown in oc panel?
