EVGA 3090 upgrade to AIO hybrid cooler

I have upgraded my 3090 FTW3 ultra to the all in one hybrid cooler. Since doing that I seem to get driver issues and I cannot set overclock values for the GPU. Is there another driver I could use? Is it a driver issue? The card worked great before making the cooler change. I have several other cards on my rig that all work fine. TIA for the response.

For anyone else who stumbles upon this issue. When installing the AIO cooler you end up leaving the blue fan header empty. The driver does not like this. I took 1 fan off the standard heat sink and connected it to the blue fan header and have the fan dangling out the back of the GPU. It just blows into the air but this satisfies the driver. Everything is working fine.
