When i boot rig up all 3 fans spin for 2 seconds and then 2 stop and only first fan spins. Updated Hiveos, tried auto fan, tried different miners, unplugged all other gpus, and no luck. only one fan on GPU spins/ can be controlled on hiveOS. windows it works no problem. ty for any help
have you used precision x1 to control fans in windows? if so you need to set the fans to default in px1 in windows then boot into hive
i set precision x1 to default and no fix 
Try setting to max fan or other settings, it is definitely Px1 related so keep trying different things until you solve it
