Error nvtool (12) GPU Malfunction

Hi,
I have an issue with my 3060 LHR rig.
It was working until all my 4 GPU get the error nvtool 12 and cards are notified with “MALFUNCTION”
I tried GPU one by one, by two, three, nothing worked.
Do anyone have a solution for this case ?

I tried to force update with maintenance mode, nothing worked.
Do you have any idea to fixe this ?
I also see this this morning, it seems to be a register / Nvk problem ?

On windows i have the code error 43 and my screen looks like matrix

you need to troubleshoot. does the card work? flashed a fresh drive with the latest stable hiveos inage? tested risers/cables etc?

ESTOU TENDO PROBLEMAS COM A NOVA VERSAO DOS DRIVER NIDIA, NÃO INICIA A MINERAÇÃO PORQUE NAO ENCONTRA OS DRIVERS. ALGUEM PODE ME SOLUCIONAR O PROBLEMA.???

Downgrade the GPU driver version then could fixed this nvtool(12) error issue.
Command → nvidia-driver-update 470.74

if you update the driver you should update nvtool too

Check the nvtool version → HiveOS Nvtool 1.7.8
Still have fail issue with nvidia-drivers-update to 525.78.01

Sounds like your driver install was corrupted then, because there is no issue running 3090s on 525 drivers with the updated nvtool.
