46s - Error installing hive-miners-ethminer

E: Unable to acquire the dpkg frontend lock (/var/lib/dpkg/lock-frontend), are you root?
Before that I had a fsck error.
All this happened after I got to the 0.1 payout mark and before that I had not touched the machine.
