Error detecting 6900XT - help needed

Hello
I have a rig with 5 6900XT. 4 of 5 cards are detected properly.
Any ideas how to fix? Tried different cables, different slot. Nothing worked.
I am on latest Hive and latest AMD
The model is AsRock Phantom Gaming 6900xt

it looks like the card is faulty… After trying on a PC the GPU is crashing after 5-10mins of use.

Can you recommend a tool for testing the GPU ? thx…
