Hi , I am running 12 rigs of 14 vega 56/64s for the last couple of months with no problems as long as I do not upgrade hive and stay on version 0.6-01. The rigs are on asus b250 with G4400 or Celeron3900 with any ware from 4gb to 16gb of ram. One of the rigs started showing this message “ERROR atombios stuck in loop for more than 5secs aborting” and it fails to initialise idx13gpu when I try to run teamredminer. While in the past I have found this message in teamredminer “fail to initialise idx13gpu” to be related to a bad usb cable or some DOA cards I had, it seems all the cards are fine. I have tried rewriting the image file and I have the same results. Any thoughts of what else should I do?
I am going to answer my own question.
This error message was related to a bad card.
