in my experience 144mhs on vega is as far as you will go really but i hope you got free power because trust me with your settings it will EAT power, hive does not report correctly on your vegas, you are realistically using more like 170-180w per vega at the moment
What works best are these settings and if you get GPU DEAD error then just bump up the core voltage until it is stable
Hive shows 100w but in reality its more like 140w per GPU and these settings yield about 131mhs

Memory clock: 830
SOC frequency: 899
