Download miner log file to windows machine

Hi,

I need to download the logs from a miner to my windows machine. I have tried to use WinSCP but i can connect “No supported authentication methods available (server sent: publickey)”

Is this possible?

do you have ssh enabled on the rig? winscp works fine to access files

Yes it’s installed. I may be doing something wrong

Oh yeah you should be entering the ip address and ssh user and pass there.
