I’ve just tried this and unfortunately only CPU is supported on the Linux version. Windows version. We have to wait until the devs release the Linux version that supports GPU mining.
Edit: The windows version offers about 10% more hashrate than the alternatives…

Energi Stratum support added to the miner, now pools are available http://nrg.minecrypto.pro/getting_started. Experimentally added support for Hiveos:
