Crazy amount of errors in nvidia-info, but no performance issues?

Does anybody have any idea why i’m getting so many errors only on some of my GPUs? They’re identical. I don’t see any performance issues, but who knows, maybe i’m missing a share or two. I just noticed this.

its typically a sign of low quality risers or faulty/failing slot/riser/gpu. if all is working then i wouldnt worry too much about it.

that being said, it looks like you are on some ancient drivers as LHR moniker was taken out a couple years ago. wouldnt hurt to flash the latest stable image if youre on something from a few years ago.

Yeah, I’m using driver 510.60.02, cuz it was the one i saw for NBminer. I tried updating to the latest one, but then the miner shows empty rows of the core clock and memory clock and also says unknown memory. I wanna see statistics and that’s why i rolled back to it, maybe some newer version would work good, but it’s not the latest one for sure. What version would you suggest?

And for the risers, is there a way that i can see what those errors are somewhere?

Nbminer hasnt been updated in quite a while. 550.xx drivers included in the latest stable image have been good so far, what algo are you mining?

you can run dmesg | grep -iE 'pcie|nvrm|nvidia|error|fault' and look through and see if you see anything that stands out

I ran the commands, but i can’t really understand anything lol. They show information, but i still can’t seem to see what exactly those errors are.

if its working i wouldn’t worry too much about it, you can use the process of elimination by swapping stuff around (risers/cables/slots/gpus) to see if the errors follow any specific hardware
