I cannot find any information on managing ASIC miners (whatsminers) as far as strike price power management.
Are there any ways to stop miners (or pause miners) based on $/kWh rate from power company or other mechanisms?
If you have your miners added into hiveon os with asic hub, you can interact with them via the api. You’d need to write a script/app to send the miner stop/start commands based on your prerequisites
