I changed my wallet number, but the old balance doesn’t exist.
The pending balance is tied to the address, if you change back it still still be there.
The old bag cannot be used. because there is a new change, new bag from Exchange
Which exchange? Some like Coinbase will issue a new address after each transaction. You do NOT need to change them since all the old prior addresses remain tied to your account.
