Hello I tried to change my payout settings on Hiveon. My miners are working since 4 hours and counter is growing. When i tried to chnage my payout settings i encounter an error “Incorrect IP address”. I try to switch my ETH payout to Polygon. Do you know why i can’t change the settings please ?
Are you using the remote ip from your highest performing worker?
Hi yes, i used my external IP not the 192.x.x.x. Not th local IP. I tried with my diffrenet IP external address of different miner without success:(
Try typing the word ‘command’ into the run box on that worker. Then check back in 15 or so minutes.
You can also check whatsmyip.com or similar to see if it matches.
