my username for suprnova is TOPeon
what am i missing or doing wrong?

Fix your pool url
If you do not get it to work, choose another pool, which does not need account. In my experience/testing cryptopool party has been best paying pool. It reports the highest pool side hashrate. Around 10-15% higher than suprnova.
