Ccminer error Need help setting up

Hi there

I’m new to mining and trying to get my first rig going with Hive OS.
I have the machine setup running Hive OS and I have assigned it a flight sheet.
When running I get the following error if anyone can help please that would be great

./ccminer: error while loading shared libraries: libcudart.so.9.2: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

ccminer exited (exitcode=0), wiating to cooldown a bit

I’ve seen a few similar threads online explaining that this is a nvidia driver issue but I don’t know how to resolve this within Hive OS.

Thanks

what coin are you attempting to mine and what image/kernel/driver are you on?

Hi Keaton

Thanks for getting back to me
I’m trying it out with Dogecoin to start this is what I’m running:

OS Version 0.6-229@241231
A 5.6.1 (6.8.2411.0)
N 550.142
Drivers
Kernel 6.6.0-hiveos #60

My machine has 1x M4000 and 3x P5000s Quadros

Dogecoin is only worth mining with ASICs for the last 8+ years or so, if you can find a miner that still supports scrypt on gpu, keep in mind it will earn nothing at all as 1 modern asic is equivalent to thousands of gpus on that algo.

Check hashrate.no or other profit calc type sites for coins that may make sense to mine with your gpus,

I see I forgot to look into this with dogecoin

Is this what would be causing the error I’ve been having?

Not specifically, more so that the miner is obsolete.
