Card descriptions change when I add a new GPU

Hello,
I’m having a weird problem. I’m running 4 GPUs as shown in the top half of the picture. When I attempt to add a second XFX RX 5700, the card names change (see bottom half of picture) and I can’t get the miner running no matter how I flash the BIOS. I’m running stock BIOS at the moment until I get everything sorted out.

When I remove the extra card, everything goes back to normal.

Server PS, ASUS Prime Z270-P MB.

Any suggestions?

Did you try this card on Windows?

I replaced it with the existing 5700 and it’s been running fine so far, so I think the card is ok.
