Hello- Once you are on your miner page- click the terminal icon at the top and select hive shell stop- wait for command to finish- then click hive shell start. Just above your Miner where you see the status of the commands being sent to miner- select the Breakout icon right next to the command that looks like a terminal window with an arrow pointing up and to the right. That will spawn a new browser window and take you into your shell- useful command to enter once your there… miner
