When trying to load console in Windows an issue appears: >hssh start (failed, exitcode=1)

Hive shell has been experiencing some denial of service attacks lately, but seems to be working currently. What exactly are you trying to do that you cant when hive shell isnt working? Setting up new rigs doesnt require the use of hive shell
