Can't figure out my IP (ip-external error)

Trying to get my IP via shell, something I’ve successfully done regularly for some time now, but suddenly when I try “ip-external” I see the following error:
Error detecting IP

Is there another command or method anyone else has used to get the public IP of my rigs?

background, in case it’s relevant:
HiveOS is up to date.
This is happening to all my rigs, regardless of if they’re accessed through my local network (via terminal) or through Hive Shell Start.

curl ifconfig.me Will output your public ip, you can also look at your workers dashboard at the bottom by remote ip.

Awesome! Thank you so much for the curl command info!

btw: can’t believe I never noticed the “Remote IP: xx.xx.xx.xx” info at the bottom.
