I Ihave mother board problem dont run dual channel its a 775 mother board i have just
2GB RAM and got LA 2.0 more then cooler of CPU got hight speed and got crashed.

How can clear cache with sync; echo 3 > /proc/sys/vm/drop_caches…?

its possible made a command by crontab?
