Cannot connect rig to hive. Please help

I cannot connect my rig. I can see the gpus but I can’t get it to mine. I’ve checked and tried everything. I’ve had this issue for over 3 months now and I still can’t get it to work. Please help

Can you post screenshots? If ip the rig wouldn’t connect you shouldn’t be able to see any gpus on your dashboard

So it’s connected previously but doesn’t have a network connection now?

What does net-test show from the rig?

What does your hiveos dashboard look like? Have you tried alternate api servers?

No I have tried any other api.
