I have 2 brand new 3060ti LHR 3 fan cards that show up in hive but only show a red X. Any ideas? I have applied many different overclocks. It just sits there with the red x. I tried both cards on multiple rigs.

What I would do is, go to the overclocking tab and clear your overclocks. Then, update your nvidia driver to at least (470.86). Then restart the rig and see if the other cards show up.
your driver is older than your card, which wont work. use hive-replace -s in shell to reflash the latest stable, that will upgrade the driver as well.
