My HiveOS farm has been FREE for a long time, no problems. My billing is currently set to HiveON Pool Charging. For a few of my my rigs, I recently started mining to a non-HiveOS pool, which is not free and is incurring costs. No problem, I will pay for those rigs.
A few hours ago I deposited some Ethereum into my Personal Address Deposit. The transaction shows on Etherscan.IO, but does not show in My Payments History or anywhere else in my HiveOS dashboard.
What am I doing wrong? I deposited ETH and want to use it to make payment. This is probably user error, so I appreciate your help. Thank you.
