Tell me why I am charged for 7 gpu’s
I have two RIG’S and only 7 cards.

You have written:

Make sure you have the paid features option toggled off in the billing tab, this will get turned on if you go above 2 rigs, and needs manually turned off if you wish to return to the free tier

Click on the farm → billing tab → paid features, yours should have a toggle button here
