What is the best safe settings for RTX 3080 to be sure not overheat VRAM?

I think if on GPU 58-63, that’s means on RAM temperature much more
Up the core clock to 1075mhz, and increase memory as much as you want to. 0 is safest, but they have 3 year warranty’s so I’d crank them. I run my gddr6x card at 100% fan as well.

i tried 1075 core clock but it kept crashing + 2000 mem.
now i try 1070 + 1800, hopefully it will be stable. anymore tips?
yeah you should definetly go for manual fan setting and crank that fan curve way up on your 3080
best solution i found for replacing thermal pad’s with copper one’s i found is from a russian guy + copper thermal pad’s from ali express. you can watch the video with english subtitles, he explains fairly well. seems a bit risky though, but after that he achieves dream-like thermal temp’s on memory.
Try increasing the fan speed to 100 and try to see how high the memory can be pushed then.
