Being charged for using 2 workers (paid features got enabled after being turned off)

After many years paying for the services, on April 13th 2025 I turned off one of my rigs and kept using only one or two (instead of three). During that period I forgot to turn off the “paid features”, so I kept getting charged, until I noticed, then turned the feature off on April 28th 2025.

Then, today, I was shocked to see that I got charged for several days, without any notice! And to my surprise, the “paid features” service was enabled!
I did not enable it. How is that possible???
I was just spec mining, without any profit, while selling some GPUs. I wouldn’t enable it.

is it possible you had 3 rigs online in any 24 hour period during that time? if so, paid features will auto toggle on, and needs to be manually turned off. If not, please email us at [email protected] and someone can look into it deeper

Not possible, because I dismantled the 3rd rig after that period.
Anf if it did, 3 rigs would have been reported in the payment history.

Does the paid feature gets auto turned on without any notification? Like via e-mail or being displayed in the farm?

Anyway, I will forward the case for the mentioned e-mail.

Possible you booted 3 rig.conf within a 24hr period, even if on less than 3 physical machines? I do not believe there is an email by default, but you will be able to see x.xx daily price on the dashboard/farm level when it is enabled

Not possible, because the 3rd rig had only 2 GPUs. It was a test rig and it’s config would have no use in the other 2 main rigs.

Yeah, I see the “daily price”. But since I only access the workers directly (e.g workers/1890741/) I never noticed that… Anyway…
