Being charged for using 2 workers (paid features got enabled after being turned off)

After many years paying for the services, on April 13th 2025 I turned off one of my rigs and kept using only one or two (instead of three). During that period I forgot to turn off the “paid features”, so I kept getting charged, until I noticed, then turned the feature off on April 28th 2025.

Then, today, I was shocked to see that I got charged for several days, without any notice! And to my surprise, the “paid features” service was enabled!
I did not enable it. How is that possible???
I was just spec mining, without any profit, while selling some GPUs. I wouldn’t enable it.

is it possible you had 3 rigs online in any 24 hour period during that time? if so, paid features will auto toggle on, and needs to be manually turned off. If not, please email us at [email protected] and someone can look into it deeper
