I think your problem lies in rx580, not 3090. You can remove your rx580 and run 3070 and 3090 directly. In addition, your 3070 power consumption setting is too high, 120 watts is enough, and the memory frequency can be set at 2450-2600, you will get a wonderful number.

- I put some heatsinks on the back plate with a fan blowing on it. dont want to void the warranty by changing the pads but pretty sure mining with it already voided it.
- nvram runs at 86-88 celsius, this is with the card at 51 c, PL 100%, core clock -300 and mem 2000. fan at 75%. this is by far the most stable configuration I got. maybe 26 hours with it then crashed…

I was able to stabilize the card at 119mhs which is ok for me
I put a bunch of heatsink I got from digikey for 18$ CAD on the backplate with a fan blowing on it.
