what do you mean you cant get them both online?
Looks like you have some sort of warning on that 1 rig, thats why its yellow. Your 2 gpus are online/mining it seems
I am so new to this… but the one gpu’s fans are spinning and the other one is not. I think this is a problem because before I installed the second one the fans on GPU A were spinning and after installing GPU B the fans are only spinning on B
is it overheating or running hot? its normal for fans to stop when there is low load/low temp
