Asrock B450 Steel Legend only detect 3 GPUs

Hi everyone!
I have a new rig with a problem running with 4 GPUs. The HiveOS only show 3GPUs.

Components:

-B450 Asrock Steel Legend
-AMD Athlon 3000G
-4GB RAM
-4 RX570 AsRock 4GB
-4 Riser v009
-Power-Supply Gigabyte 650W

BIOS upgraded to 4.20V (the last).

I have tried for many ways.
-above 4G enabled
-settings about PCIe in Gen2
-settings sata in disabled

Is the processor Athlon 3000G the problem?
Should do I try upgrading drivers of the GPUs? How can I do that?
Is there somebody more with the same motherboard?
Maybe can somebody share the bios settings file?

Mine booting without GPUs. If I install even 1 gpu, it won’t even boot into bios.

Cpu athlon 3000g
Asrock b450 steel legen
Ram 8gb

Please share your bios settings.
