Apply different Flightsheet for each GPU

Hi
Can I have one flightsheet for one GPU and a different flightsheet for a different GPU on the same worker?
The reason I am asking, because I have one GPU RTX 3080 Ti with flightsheet ETHash algorithm.
I bought GeForce 1060 (because didn’t find a powerful one), so I need to add another flightsheet with a different cryptocurrency and different algorithm, but on the same worker.
I have only one motherboard.
Can I do it?
